Overview
When I took over the affiliate program at Bambee — a B2B SaaS platform offering HR compliance and support for small businesses — it had been largely abandoned. Inactive partners, low lead quality, and no funnel optimization.
The Problem
The program was generating leads but not revenue. Landing pages were unoptimized, nurture flows were broken, and top-performing affiliates were under-incentivized. The channel had ROAS well below target and no clear path to improvement.
What I Did
I rebuilt the affiliate program from the ground up. I redesigned and launched conversion-optimized landing pages tailored to affiliate traffic, revamped the lead nurture flow to improve quality through the funnel, and renegotiated payout structures directly with top-performing affiliates to strengthen relationships and increase output. The entire program was restructured around performance accountability.
