Overview

Homebase is a B2B SaaS platform offering scheduling, time tracking, payroll, and HR tools for hourly workers and small businesses. Third Street was brought in to audit and restructure an underperforming affiliate program that had accumulated inactive partners, fragmented tracking, and no clear revenue attribution.

The Problem

The affiliate program was generating inconsistent results — a mix of dormant partners, misaligned publisher categories, and no visibility into which channels were actually driving paid conversions. There was no executive reporting, no funnel alignment across Sales and Lifecycle, and no presence in AI-driven search results.

What We Did

Third Street conducted a full affiliate program audit, identified the highest-efficiency partners, and eliminated underperforming relationships. We rebuilt the publisher mix around audience fit and conversion potential, onboarded new partners across review, comparison, and content categories, and created real-time executive dashboards tracking LTV, partner ROI, and funnel performance. We also aligned Sales, Lifecycle, and Analytics around lead routing. To address the emerging AI search landscape, we secured high-authority placements that increased Homebase's visibility across major LLMs and AI-powered search platforms.
